Set up an account to access your billings and pay your utility (water, sewer, sanitation, and landfill) bill online. Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account.
Paperless billing is available.

Payments will show immediately online and will be applied when received by the City of Douglas the following business day.
Payments must be received by the City of Douglas and applied to your account to avoid late charge fees and discontinuance of services.
